RBG Innovation Paradigm is a problem-solving tool to bring process innovation in the organization considering lean tools along with human and organizational factors for productivity improvement. Many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have been trained on RIP and yield positive results. The result of the training program on RIP was reflected in variety of projects which includes productivity improvement of workstation, improving assembly line efficiency, reduction of human fatigue and improvement in process capability. RIP has been led to number of new process improvement tools such as RBGMN which has been developed for implementing lean and TQM in leather and garments industries.
